Sri C. B. Namdev, Former President, Osmania Graduates' Association and President, Economic Committee, along with Sri P. Narayan Reddy, Hon. Secretary, Lal Bahadur College, spearheaded the process. They were assisted by two dynamic office bearers of O.G.A., Sri P. Vasantha Rao, President and Dr. T. V. Gopala Chari, Secretary. The joint efforts of other members of Managing Committees of O.G.A. and the Exhibition Society resulted in the establishment of the Lal Bahadur College of Education at Warangal, in the year 2002-03.
It is imperative to place on record the present status of the College is due to the guidance and Liberal Financial Assistance by the Osmania Graduates’ Association and Exhibition Society, Hyderabad. A spacious building, with all amenities, as prescribed by the norms of National Council for Teacher Education.
The college has highly qualified staff as B.Ed. and M.Ed. as per NCTE norms and UGC guidelines and many of the faculty members are Resource Persons.
A good Library, well ventilated and fully furnished, is provided in the College. There are about 5500 books pertaining to B.Ed. Course and about 600 books pertaining to M.Ed. Course. About 20 Magazines and Journals have been subscribed. The Library automation has also been completed with SOUL Software package, devised by INFLIBNET (UGC). Seating arrangement is made for about 60 Students.

B.Ed. and M.Ed. results are 100% since inception of the college. Khalida Shireen (B.Ed.) got Gold Medal in the academic year 2006-07 from Kakatiya University, Warangal. G. Cynthia Sravanthi (M.Ed.) got 3rd Rank in Kakatiya University, Warangal in the academic year 2010-11. In B.Ed. course four distinctions were achieved for the academic year 2012-13. Divyakala and B. Sumathi (B.Ed.) got 3rd and 4th Ranks from Kakatiya University, Warangal for the academic year 2013-14.
